There is restaurant and Starbucks inside the hotel. They offer Starbucks coffee at room it’s pretty cool. The room is smaller than usual but it’s fair enough.

I was traveling with my three children, so I needed a room with two beds. I booked it that way, and it was confirmed as a lake view room. However, when we arrived, the room only had one bed and a sofa. The staff told me this room was an upgrade, but it didn’t suit our needs at all. I asked to switch back to the original type of room, but I had to wait over 20 minutes again. I felt that the staff was really inefficient.
Eventually, we were given a room with two beds, but we had to give up the lake view. To make things worse, my son found a sharp piece of glass on the floor of the room. Thankfully, no one got hurt.

酒店非常满意，房间大，床品赞，够国际四星标准。下次来波士顿还会住这里。唯一值得改进的是早餐等位太久了，我们每天都需要等位半小时左右。还有就是前台的态度一般，延迟退房30分钟的要求是不假思索断然拒绝的。另外停车费20一天。

Westin是个不错的酒店，在Boston这个地方个人觉得也是值得推荐的。酒店硬件设施很好，人员服务也很亲切。各种软件类的服务也比较到位。
